Supplier catalogue preparation
A carefully mapped CSV for new Shopify products. Clear variant relationships, a preserved source and a record of what changed.
Prepare a sample enquirySample first. Agreed scope. You control the store import.
Leading zeros preserved. Supplied values traceable.
No missing product facts invented.
A deliberately focused service
The supplied file stays intact. Every output row can be traced back to the source.
Agreed product and variant fields arranged for Shopify’s CSV workflow, with new products set to draft and unpublished.
A field mapping, change record, unresolved decisions and one revision within the agreed scope.
Suitable for: a small supplier CSV with complete prices, product identifiers and known variant relationships. Up to 500 data rows, subject to sample review.
Outside this pilot: changes to existing products, inventory synchronisation, website scraping, image handling, full migrations or guessing missing information.
Evidence before promises
An invented catalogue of two products and four variants was imported and exported through Shopify. The compared names, options, prices, SKUs and barcodes matched the source.
Shopify reformatted description HTML and added defaults to omitted fields. We document those effects and agree relevant settings before a job. This test supports a narrow workflow; your sample still needs its own review.
