KLYNE STUDIO — SAMPLE ENQUIRY CHECKLIST
Pilot enquiries welcome. Paid orders are not open yet.

Start with column names and 5–10 invented or redacted rows showing every relevant variant/option pattern. Do not send the full catalogue before scope and file handling are agreed.

1. What result do you need from the supplier file?
2. Does this create new products? Existing-product updates are outside the pilot.
3. How many data rows are in the file, and how large is it?
   Current ceiling: 500 data rows and 5 MiB (5,242,880 bytes).
4. What is the file format, character encoding and separator?
5. Which columns identify the product, variant, SKU, barcode and price?
6. Which option combinations belong to the same product? List all option names.
7. What currency and number format do prices use? No currency conversion is included.
8. Are descriptions plain text or HTML? Shopify may reformat description HTML.
9. Which vendor, shipping, tax and inventory settings are required?
   Missing settings must be resolved before accepting a job; Shopify otherwise applies defaults.
10. Is there a current import error? Paste its exact wording without private information.
11. Does the catalogue contain any image references? Image handling is outside this pilot.
12. Confirm you are authorised to supply the catalogue for AI-assisted processing.
13. Confirm it contains no personal customer information, passwords, access keys or confidential supplier information.
14. What deadline do you need? Delivery timing is agreed after sample review.

Expected handover: preserved source, agreed Shopify draft/unpublished product CSV, mapping/change record, unresolved-decision report and one revision within the agreed scope. You review the file and control the store import.
